Yes, your investment is secure.  As an investor your money is secured against the project building.  It is a physical asset that cannot and will not evaporate.

What return on investment should I expect?
You will get a guaranteed return of 10% on the amount you have invested.

What about capital growth?
Real estate assets in general go up in value. We are in no doubt that the same will be true for our project. In the event of the sale of the hotel investors will receive 10% of the net income.

How many shares can I buy?
You can purchase as many shares as you wish.

Can I sell my share if I want to exit?
You can sell your share on condition that the Company has a first right to buy at original value.

Can I pass my shares on to another person?
No, shares can only be passed on to another person via a sale. 

Who is responsible for tax?
All personal taxation is your responsibility as we only deal with taxes relating to the project.
