Introduction
Dear Investor,
It is with great pleasure that we announce this first and new hospitality investment, appropriately named Accra Hospitality Investment Fund.
As the name suggests it is an investment directly aimed at capitalising on the growth opportunities of the hospitality industry in Accra, Ghana.
This page is intended to provide an overview of our plan and general information on the investment project. Also, there is a link of a condensed report prepared by an independent firm of hospitality consultants highlighting the growing opportunities of the hotel industry in Accra.
There is no doubt that there are inherent risks with any investment and real estate is by no means an exception. However, I am in no doubt that my team and I, together with our Board, have the necessary experience to mitigate and eliminate those risks. It is my personal duty to ensure that our investors' money is safe and secure and that we as a company deliver exceptional returns for our investors.
I hope you will find this information both helpful and informative.
Thank you for your interest and I look forward to having you on board as a valued investor.
